Accepted Products: Only new, unused items

Return Costs: None (for customer-initiated returns of non-defective items)
Refund: Within 10 business days after inspection of the return

Returns
We accept returns in cases of:

• Incorrectly delivered items

• Shipping damage

• Manufacturing defects

Non-defective products may also be returned if they are new, unused, and in their original packaging.

Important: Every return must be announced in advance via email at contact@pheuw.com. Returns without prior notice cannot be accepted.

Exchange
We accept exchange requests.
To receive your desired item quickly, we recommend first returning the item and, after refund confirmation, placing a new order.

Return Costs
Defective Products: Pheuw covers the return shipping costs and refunds the full amount.
Non-defective Products: Free return thanks to the included return label.

Refund
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: Depending on your bank or card issuer, slight delays may occur.
If 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact our customer service at contact@pheuw.com.

Damaged Products or Errors
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt.
If you discover any defects, damage, or incorrect delivery, notify us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
